Can I come to you to get a document notarized or a document apostilled?
No. At this time, I am solely a mobile notary. I travel to all of my clients for the services that I provide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards/debit cards, and direct ACH withdrawal from your bank. All payments are processed via Wave (third party payment processor). We do not have access to your payment information directly as everything is handled through them. We do *not* accept checks. Venmo and Zelle accepted on a case by case basis.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, an appointment is required. We do offer same day appointments when they are available.
What cities do you service?
Conroe, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Spring, Tomball. *Other cities can be accomodated but will likely incur an out of area travel fee.
Can you prepare a document or a form for me?
No. It is against the law (Texas Government Code Sec. 406.017(a)(2) in Texas for a notary to solicit or accept compensation for the preparation of documents. I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas, and I cannot give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
